AREAS OF PRACTICE

What to expect in your first session

Starting with a new dietitian can feel daunting. Here's what it actually looks like.

1

Getting to know your story

We'll talk through your relationship with food and your body — not just symptoms, but the bigger picture of what's brought you here.

2

A safe, non-judgmental space

You can be honest about eating, body image, and the harder feelings underneath, without fear of criticism.

3

Treatment tailored to you

There's no generic program here. We'll shape an approach around your goals, your pace, and what's realistic for your life.

4

Support that grows with you

Progress isn't always a straight line, and that's normal. We'll keep adjusting the plan as you change and grow.
