ABOUT HER CLINIC

Evidence-based care with a human heart

HER Clinic is a specialist eating disorder dietetic practice based on the Central Coast, NSW. Led by Grace Russell, an experienced Eating Disorder Dietitian, we provide trauma-informed nutrition support for people experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and complex relationships with food.

Recovery is possible. Early, intensive support is associated with the best outcomes — but compassionate care at every stage matters.

All care is delivered within a warm, non-judgemental framework that recognises the emotional, psychological, and medical complexity of eating disorders.

ARE YOU OR A LOVED ONE EXPERIENCING...

Some signs it may be time to seek support

  • Changes in eating patterns — eating significantly more or less than usual

  • Compulsive or excessive exercise, or intense guilt when movement doesn't happen

  • Withdrawing from friends, family, and activities that used to bring joy

  • Feeling anxious, irritable, low, or exhausted — especially around food

  • Difficulty knowing what, when, or how much to eat — feeling out of control

  • Hiding food, avoiding eating with others, or becoming secretive around meals

  • Unexpected changes in weight or intense preoccupation with body shape

  • Preoccupation with food, calories, labels, or recipes throughout the day

You don't need to have all the answers before reaching out. That's what we're here for.
