hold space
collective

A membership for dietitians who give a lot, and deserve support too

Dietitians are brilliant at holding space for others.
But how often do we hold space for ourselves?

Sound familiar?

"Am I doing this right?"
"Why do I feel so anxious after appointments?"
"How do I support complex clients?"
"Is this even worth it anymore?"
"I won't ever be good enough."
"How do I build confidence as a clinician?"

Burnout. Self doubt. Imposter syndrome. A mean inner critic.
These are common, and they don't have to be permanent.

You're passionate about helping people.
But you're starting to wonder, is it worth it?

You're feeling loads of self doubt. You struggle with boundaries, for yourself and your clients. You're starting to wonder why you started in the first place.

There's a lot out there to support your clients. But we can really only do that when we are supported ourselves.

What would it be like to have a greater understanding of your purpose and passion?

What if you could own what you do and have conversations with confidence?

What if, in place of the self-doubt rollercoaster, you could act with calm and ease in a way that aligns with your natural cycle?

Welcome to Hold Space Collective.

What members say

Words from the collective

"

This feels so calm, deeply nurturing, inspiring and supportive. A place to rest, share and reconnect.

— Paula

"

I am deeply grateful for this space and community.

"

This community is a peaceful, quiet place for me that helps to slow down, check in with myself and really listen to how I am feeling, which I don't normally make time for. The slowing down does a lot for me and my nervous system.

You deserve support too.
